  Great, if you hate to recycle and always wanted to live like Big Brother is watching. If you have guests that the apartment hasn't vetted themselves then you risk having them removed for "trespassing." If someone else's dog poop is in your area, you get a note on your door with a potential $25.00 fine attached to it. In fact, everyone gets notes on their doors multiple times a week. Which I think is ridiculous considering they don't have recycling and they also send the same notices through email. The only thing good about this place is the friendly maintenance staff and location. But even then, there are VERY loud Airforce aircrafts as well as huge airline jets that are landing right over the apartment all. day. long. The highway is right behind the building so there is honking and loud vehicles 24/7. Also, the service here is terrible, you're pretty much forced to get ATT internet, and you can only get Direct TV in some of the units because the others can't get a clear shot of of the satellite without putting the dish in the middle of the parking lot. I've had to deal with Giant Possums and raccoons outside my building because there is garbage all over the ground around the dumpster; and cockroaches inside my unit even though I never open the windows because there's a very noisome paper mill stinking up the whole place whenever the wind is blowing. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's way overpriced and the amenities don't make up for it.
